trish : {MATERNITY SESSION} : baby on board!

How sweet it is to do a friend's maternity session.  Really, I was thrilled to spend the afternoon capturing this precious time before the new AND first addition to Trish and John's family is born.  Just like the newborn session below, it had been a long while since photographing a maternity session.  I like using the term "BABY ON BOARD" much better.  It's much more fun for sure.  SO, I was a little anxious about this session as well.  It ended up being an easy day and a nice time catching up.  I'm so proud to post this session because Trish is truly a sweetheart and I am SOOOO happy for John and her.  Next up... the newborn session.  Once they are home and settled with their new addition I'll be snapping newborn photos.  Until then, we will be saying our prayers for you to have a pleasant delivery.  Much love!

Brandi and Trent are expecting their first.. and it's a boy.  I'm so happy for them.  I have been anticipating doing their maternity session for quite some time now.  Brandi is always dressed SO cute with the perfect flair, so I knew that she would do something great for this.  We whipped their session up in an hour and bam.. done.  I NEVER wrap anything up in less than 2 hours.  I go camera crazy and keep you until the very last minute every time.  You two were just so easy to photograph.  Nice job.

Jennifer and Charlie are expecting their first little addition to the family, so it was a sweet morning of baby talk and photographs.  Jennifer carries her tiny tummy so well.  I don't think she's gained an ounce.  The nursery is darling.  She and her mother have seriously exquisite interior design skills.  It was a pleasure!  Enjoy.

URTH STUDIO PHOTOGRAPHY: AMBER ♥ SAN ANTONIO MATERNITY PHOTOGRAPHY

Saturday morning I met up with all of the girls in San Antonio for Amber's baby shower and maternity photo session.  The wind was whirling around in every single direction.  It was CRAZY.  Amber is my middle sister and to see her pregnant for the first time was completely sweet and totally emotional.  It's so strange to see your little sister pregnant.  Amber is just so beautiful and if any of you know her you also know that she has the greatest heart imaginable.  I had the best time photographing her.  We laughed, and laughed and laughed.  Amber is a graphic designer in Houston, so we typically talk every day or so when I call begging for help with the most simple things that I cannot seem to figure out, or when I need her to approve things that I'm working on.  I count on Amber for so many little things from day to day and don't know what I would do with out her.  My favorite pictures from the maternity session are the two images of her dying laughing.  It's so VERY Amber to die laughing and not be able to stop.  The best part is that the laughing is usually contageous.  Isn't she a beauty.. LOVE!!
